1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "11bt" / "Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at 11bt.io and all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account with 11bt and uses the platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with 11bt.
• "Balance" refers to the amount of funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by 11bt that are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other gambling product offered by the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Know Your Customer" / "KYC" refers to the identity and document verification process that 11bt may require Players to complete before processing withdrawals or in response to suspicious account activity.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" / "BST" refers to UTC+6, the time zone applicable to all time references on this platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account with 11bt, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing a Bet, or using any feature of the service, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.
• You have read and accept the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of this agreement.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any third party.
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you must not register an Account or make any use of the 11bt platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with 11bt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 11bt enforces a strict 21+ policy. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. 11bt reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the Player cannot demonstrate that they meet this requirement.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You may hold only one Account with 11bt. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from the 11bt platform or from gambling services generally. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you must contact support before attempting to re-register.
• Local law compliance: 11bt is an offshore platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 11bt does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific location. By using the platform, you confirm that accessing online betting services is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you.

4 Account Registration

To access the betting and casino services offered by 11bt, you must complete the registration process and create a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact 11bt support immediately at [email protected].

11bt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

All Account balances on 11bt are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, wins, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied by 11bt to transactions processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

11bt accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of receipt by the platform, typically within seconds for mobile wallet transactions. 11bt does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your Account has passed any applicable KYC verification requirements.
• The withdrawal amount does not consist of funds subject to an active Wagering Requirement.
• The withdrawal method matches the payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with support.
• The requested withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen payment method.

11bt reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk protocols. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested before the withdrawal is approved.

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds remain subject to applicable Wagering Requirements until those requirements are fully met. Attempting to withdraw restricted funds before Wagering Requirements are satisfied will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

11bt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible Players once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who have completed the minimum deposit requirement associated with the offer.
• All bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements, which must be completed in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• 11bt reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already credited to Player Accounts in good standing.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or converted to cash prior to the fulfilment of Wagering Requirements.
• 11bt reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or collusion is identified.
• Seasonal promotions coinciding with Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, or other cultural and sporting events in Bangladesh may carry additional specific terms, which will be published alongside those promotions.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the 11bt platform:

All bets are subject to acceptance by 11bt at the time of placement. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your Account Balance. 11bt reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet without stating a reason.

All odds displayed on the platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In the event of a manifest error in odds — including, but not limited to, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault or human error — 11bt reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the Player's Account.

Live in-play betting markets are updated in real time. There may be a brief delay between events occurring in a live match and the corresponding market update on the platform. 11bt does not accept responsibility for decisions made based on live data feeds that are subject to latency or interruption. All live bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event.

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed and not replayed within the period specified in the applicable sport rules; a manifest pricing error is identified; or the Player was ineligible to place the bet at the time of placement. Voided bets result in the original stake being returned to the Player's Account.

Winning bets are settled and credited to the Player's Account in BDT within a reasonable period following the conclusion of the relevant event. 11bt uses official results from recognised governing bodies — including the ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, and the relevant national associations for kabaddi and other sports — as the basis for settlement.

8 Casino Games

11bt offers casino games including live dealer tables, slots, and other electronic gaming products, powered by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The following conditions apply:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. 11bt does not control individual game outcomes.
• Game rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are displayed within the game interface and are governed by the rules of the respective game provider.
• In the event of a casino game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the round will be voided and the applicable stake returned to the Player's Account. 11bt is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connection issues on the Player's side.
• Players are responsible for reviewing the rules of each game before placing bets. Lack of familiarity with game rules is not grounds for a refund of losses.
• Maximum win limits per game session may apply as specified within individual game interfaces. Winnings exceeding applicable caps may be adjusted to the stated maximum.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 11bt platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, forfeiture of Account Balance, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to regular Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information that is not publicly available.
• Colluding with other Players on the platform, including chip dumping in poker or table games.
• Using the platform to launder funds or to engage in any form of financial fraud.
• Charging back or reversing deposits via your payment provider after funds have been used to place bets on the platform.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers or promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including coordinated abuse across multiple Accounts.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

11bt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the Account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the Player against a deposit transaction.
• At the Player's own request, including for responsible gaming reasons.

In the event of Account closure due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any remaining Account Balance may be forfeited at 11bt's discretion, particularly where the breach involved fraud or prohibited conduct. In all other cases of closure, the remaining eligible Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

11 Responsible Gaming

11bt is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling on the 11bt platform is intended as a form of adult entertainment and must not be used as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses. Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to use the responsible gaming tools available within their Account settings.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, perform, display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 11bt. Unauthorised use of any intellectual property belonging to 11bt or its content partners may result in legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11bt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• Technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues that result in a bet being placed incorrectly or not placed at all.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Inaccuracies in live data feeds used for in-play betting markets.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.
